We believe in the Holy Trinity – God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Spirit.
We believe that the Bible is the Holy and inspired Word of God.
We believe that God created the universe and everything in it – us included – and that He made us with a mortal body that will die and an immortal soul that will live for eternity.
We believe that God gives us a pathway - one that none of us did anything to earn - that lets us come to Him and know Him as our Father. That’s called grace. Because of the first man’s sin (Adam), each of us comes into the world in a state of sin and separation from God.
We believe in the good news that every one of us can be reconciled, restored and saved through believing in Jesus Christ, the Son of God, who paid back Adam’s failure on our behalf through sacrificing His life on the cross.
We believe that three days after His death, Jesus was raised from the dead. This means that when our mortal body dies, our immortal soul can live forever with Jesus in Heaven, while those who reject Him will continue through eternity separated from God.
We believe that the church is the Body of Christ here on earth, and that those who believe and are part of His Body should join together in worship and service.
We believe that the Holy Spirit, who empowers believers with gifts to teach, encourage and work miracles just like those recorded in the Bible, is still alive and working in the Body of Christ today.
"Our mission is to lead people into the true life that is only found in Jesus."
At True Life Church, our mission is to lead people in the true life that is only found in Jesus. Deep inside, many of us hear a voice that tells us, “there must be more to life than this.” Yet, Jesus warned us that, “the gate is small and the road is narrow that leads to true life. Only a few people find that road.1” That is why we are dedicated to helping each other discover all that life was meant to be. We believe that true life is a life lived:
• in relationship with a loving God,
• in pursuit of a meaningful purpose, and
• in community with good friends who are partners in that same purpose.
In order to accomplish this, we help people discover faith in Jesus, develop the knowledge and skills to excel in life, and then we deploy them into the community around them.
Are you tired of just living? Are you ready for more? Jesus wants more for you. He said, “I have come so that they may have life and have it in abundance.2” If that sounds like the kind of life you want, why not come join us on the journey to True Life?
